I’m back with my top three NFL week 4 over/under picks.
Last week, I went 2-1 with the TB-DEN under 43 and GB-NO over 52.5 hitting. I lost the under on the LAR-BUF game. I’ll look to improve upon last week and go undefeated this week.

Eight of the remaining fifteen games have a total north of 50+ points. The bookies have been getting crushed on overs this season and now looks like a great week to target some under bets again.
Cardinals – Panthers Week 4 Predictions
Kick-Off: Sunday, October 4th 2020 at 1:00 PM ET
Game Total: 51 Points
The Panthers (1-2) beat LAC (21-16) in week 3 to pick up their first victory. The Cardinals (2-1) suffered their first loss of the season in week 3, losing to the Lions (26-23) at home.
In last year’s match-up, Kyle Allen exploded for 4 TDs and the Panthers won (38-20).
Most of the NFL betting trends will lead the public to bet the over here, but the line is inflated.
Apart from the Panthers week 1 loss against the Saints (34-30), neither team has played a game with more than 49 points and I don’t expect that to change on Sunday afternoon.
With Christian McCaffrey on the IR, the Panthers offense isn’t nearly as dynamic.
Kyler Murray is struggling as well. He has thrown 4 TDs compared to 5 INTs. He does have 4 rushing TDs on the season, though, so he’s a threat on the ground, but the interceptions are bad.
Best Bet: UNDER 51 Points (-105) at BetOnline
Patriots – Chiefs Week 4 Predictions
Kick-Off: Sunday, October 4th 2020 at 4:25 PM ET
Game Total: 52.5 Points
The Chiefs (3-0) are fresh off a dominating victory on primetime (MNF) against BAL (34-20).
Patrick Mahomes threw 4 TDs and rushed for one more in the win. Mahomes has always dominated the Ravens and Lamar Jackson, but this game feels like it could be a big let-down spot for KC.
Bill Belichick knows he needs to run the clock and keep Mahomes off the field as much as he can if he wants to win. The Patriots (2-1) lead the league in rushing yards (178.0 RYPG).
These two teams met last regular season and the Chiefs won (23-16) in Foxborough. Mahomes was held to 1 passing TD. Look for Belichick to employ a similar strategy on Sunday afternoon.
This game doesn’t hit 50 points, give me the under.

Eagles – 49ers Week 4 Predictions
Kick-Off: Sunday, October 4th 2020 at 8:20 PM ET
Game Total: 46 Points
One of the totals that wasn’t set high enough was the Eagles (0-2-1) vs. 49ers (2-1) at 46 points.
This is the Sunday night primetime match-up this week. Jimmy Garoppolo and Raheem Mostert are both questionable, but expected to miss this week again, as neither have practiced yet.
That would mean Nick Mullens and Jerick McKinnon would start again. In week 3, Mullen threw for 343 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs in a win against the Giants (31-9). McKinnon was productive as well.
George Kittle is also back for the 49ers, so either Mullen or Garoppolo can target him.
The winless Eagles are desperate and dealing with injuries. Miles Sanders, DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery are all questionable. Carson Wentz needs his weapons to play.
However, I don’t think we’ll need much out of the Eagles offense. The Eagles allow 29.0 PPG (23rd) and the 49ers will be able to put up 30+ points, so even 17+ from the Eagles would be fine.
