NFL Week 2: Best Games to Bet on Parlays

With the NFL’s Week 1 in the books, it’s time to move on to Week 2. A huge battle in Seattle looms at the Patriots visit. Tom Brady gets a crack at redeeming the Bucs and the first-ever NFL home game in Las Vegas takes place Monday night.

It should be another exciting week for the NFL and for bettors. Speaking of Week 2 betting, here Coach Rick takes a crack at his best three-game parlay and even a longshot parlay pick worth considering.

Where to Bet on NFL Parlays

Best Parlay Pick #1: 49ers vs. Jets

The San Francisco 49ers were upset at home last week by Arizona. The defense gave up over 400 yards, which is something the Niners don’t do very often. The Niners travel east to face the Jets on Sunday.

West coast teams traveling east to play 1:00 games historically have not done all that well. San Francisco will face a Jets team that lost to Buffalo in Week 1 and lost RB Le’Veon Bell for the foreseeable future.

The Jets offense is going to struggle as the Niners D plays well. San Francisco will cover the 7.5-point spread.

Best Parlay Pick #2: Jaguars vs. Titans

Tennessee has beaten the Jacksonville Jaguars five of the last six times the two teams have played. The Titans haven’t lost to the Jags at home since 2013. The question is whether or not the Titans can cover the nine-point spread.

With the Jags defense having lost the likes of Yannick Ngakoue, Calais Campbell, and Jalen Ramsey; Coach Rick likes the Titans offense to erupt. In last year’s game in Nashville, Tennessee won 42-20. With Gardner Minshew going 19-of-20 for three touchdowns last week, Coach Rick likes the Titans-Jags to go OVER 42.5.

Best Parlay Pick #3: Chiefs vs. Chargers

Since Week 10 of last year, the L.A. Chargers are 1-5-2 ATS. The Chargers will entertain the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs on Sunday afternoon.

Head coach Andy Reid has had his fair share of success against the AFC West. Since 2015, the Chiefs are 27-3 in their division. It’s the best five-year division stretch since NFL realignment in 2002.

Reid is also 4-1-1 ATS against Anthony Lynn and the Chargers. It’s a big spread at nine points, but the Chargers offense is suspect with Tyrod Taylor at quarterback and you know Patrick Mahomes is going to have another day.

BEST PARLAY: San Francisco -7.5, Tennessee-Jacksonville OVER 42.5, Kansas City -9

Longshot Parlay Predictions

Coach Rick has one longshot that he likes for bettors to consider adding to their NFL parlay. We all know how home underdogs in the NFL have a propensity to cover.

Coming off a huge win in Week 1, the Baltimore Ravens will travel to Houston where the Ravens are 7.5- point favorites. Expectations are high in Baltimore, which finished with the league’s best record (14-2) last season. They also have the NFL’s reigning MVP in QB Lamar Jackson.

Houston lost its first game to Kansas City in Week 1. They did put up 20 points but failed to cover in the loss. Last year, this game was hyped and Houston laid an egg in a 41-7 loss.

This year, Coach Rick thinks this one will be much different. They may not win, but Houston will keep this one close and cover.

Longshot Parlay Pick: Houston +7.5
