One price at St. John’s

The road profit rests on one night. On 3 January Providence won 77-71 at St. John’s at +800, getting 14.5 points. That made January a 2-7 month that still finished 2.2 units up. St. John’s won the other two meetings, the second in the Big East tournament.

Big East opponents

Butler met them three times and Providence covered all three, winning two, the last in the conference tournament. Creighton and DePaul lost twice each. Villanova and Seton Hall won both meetings and covered both. UConn also won twice, but Providence covered both, getting 9.5 and 15.5. Georgetown beat them twice by a combined four points, 81-78 and 80-79.
