Pacers vs Bucks Best Pick, Prediction and Odds

Take the Bucks on the moneyline. Our number gives Milwaukee at home 63.4%. The price gives them 40.0%.

This Pacers vs Bucks prediction starts with DraftKings, which has the Milwaukee Bucks at +140 and the Indiana Pacers at -166. With the margin out, that is 40.0% for Milwaukee and 60.0% for Indiana. Last season’s home and road records put Milwaukee 23.4 points higher than the market. We bet at 5.

How 63.4% is reached

Our home win chance is the average of two 2025-26 regular-season rates: the home team’s win rate in its own arena and the visitor’s loss rate on the road. Games at a neutral site are in neither half, and neither team played one.

The Bucks went 19-22 at Fiserv Forum, a 46.3% home win rate over 41 games. The Pacers went 8-33 on the road, an 80.5% road loss rate over 41 games. The midpoint is 63.4% for Milwaukee and 36.6% for Indiana.

The margin is the extra a book builds into both prices so that the pair adds to more than 100%. At +140 and -166 the pair adds to 104.1%. With that taken out, the Bucks are 40.0% and the Pacers 60.0%.

The method reads 2025-26 only, so this season sits outside it. Milwaukee is 0-3, 0-1 at home, and lost 127-116 at the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday 24 October. Indiana is 2-1, 2-0 on the road, and won 136-109 at the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday 25 October. Three games prove nothing. The number also cannot see roster changes over the summer, and that is the main risk in this bet.

Milwaukee at home, Indiana on the road

At home the Bucks scored 114.2 points a game and allowed 118.2, a margin of -4.0. The Pacers on the road scored 111.0 and allowed 121.6, a margin of -10.6. Both halves are losing halves.

The method leaves out two halves. Indiana at home went 11-30, scoring 113.8 and allowing 119.2. Milwaukee on the road went 13-28, scoring 107.1 and allowing 115.5.

Over the full season, the Bucks finished 32-50, 11th in the Eastern Conference, with a point difference of -6.2 a game. The Pacers finished 19-63, 14th, at -8.0 a game. Milwaukee won 19 games by 10 or more and lost 33 by that much. Indiana won 7 by 10 or more and lost 38. In games decided by 5 points or fewer, the Bucks were 9-8 and the Pacers 10-12. Neither team made the playoffs.

The Bucks won all four meetings. In Milwaukee, they won 105-99 on 6 February and 134-123 on 15 March. Those two games are in our number, as two of the Bucks’ 41 home games and two of the Pacers’ 41 road games. In Indiana’s arena, the Bucks won 117-115 on 3 November and 111-94 on 23 December. Those are in neither half.

Pick: Bucks +140

Bet the Bucks on the moneyline at +140. The gap is 23.4 points toward Milwaukee, against a threshold of 5.

The line read Bucks +140 and Pacers -166 on 26 October 2026 at 13:05 UTC, DraftKings via ESPN. It opened at Bucks +145 and Pacers -175. Since the open the market has moved 1.0 point toward Milwaukee, from 39.1% to 40.0%.

What kills the bet

A shorter Milwaukee price. At -140 or longer the Bucks are a bet whatever Indiana is priced at. With the Pacers at -166, they stay a bet down to -718. The edge has a lot of room before it closes.

For the Pacers to become the bet, they would need to be +216 or longer whatever the Bucks price, or +419 or longer against the Bucks at +140. They are -166.

ESPN’s injury list for the game, read 26 October 2026 at 13:03 UTC, has T.J. McConnell (hamstring), Ben Sheppard (knee) and Johnny Furphy (knee) out for Indiana, and Ivica Zubac (ankle) day-to-day. It lists no one for Milwaukee. Injuries are not part of the method, so the list does not change the number. Check the lineups before you bet.

The total and the spread

The total is 240.5, over -108 and under -112. The Bucks’ home games went over 240.5 in 13 of 41, and the Pacers’ road games in 14 of 41. Milwaukee’s home games averaged 232.4 points. Indiana’s road games averaged 232.6.

That is 31.7% and 34.1%, an average of 32.9% for the over. With the margin removed, the over is priced at 49.6% and the under at 50.4%, so our count leans to the under by 16.6 points. Across all 82 games the over landed 17 times for Milwaukee and 29 times for Indiana. Our method stakes the moneyline only, so this is a lean and not a bet.

The spread is Bucks +4.5 at -112 and Pacers -4.5 at -108. It opened at the same 4.5. Milwaukee’s home results beat +4.5 in 22 of 41 games. Indiana’s road results beat -4.5 in 4 of 41. Averaged, Bucks +4.5 lands 72.0% of the time against 50.4% priced, a gap of 21.5 points. That points the same way as the pick and is a lean on the same side. One bet on this game: the Bucks at +140.
