Ravens vs Bills Best Pick, Prediction and Odds

Ravens vs Bills prediction: take the under 54.5. The side is a pass at Buffalo -3.

My number for the total is 50.6. All 11 books have 54.5. The gap is 3.9 points and it is the whole argument; the smallest edge I bet is 2.

Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills kicks off Sunday 1 November 2026 at 1:00 pm ET. Across 11 books read at 19:14 UTC on 30 October 2026, the median has Buffalo -3 and a total of 54.5. Nine books have Baltimore +3 and two have +3.5, with the Ravens’ spread price running from -125 to +104. The moneyline median is Buffalo -175 and Baltimore +146.

A book builds a margin into every pair of prices, so the two sides’ implied chances add to more than 100%. With the margin taken out, -175 and +146 give Buffalo a 61.0% chance to win and Baltimore 39.0%. I do not stake the moneyline. Those figures are the market’s view, given here for context.

How 50.6 is reached

The method, in one clause: each team’s expected points are the average of what it scored a game and what the other side allowed a game. In 2025 Baltimore scored 24.9 a game and Buffalo allowed 21.5, which puts the Ravens at 23.2. Buffalo scored 28.3 and Baltimore allowed 23.4, which puts the Bills at 25.85. The 2025 total is 49.05, an edge of 5.45 points on the under.

The rule needs a gap of at least 2 points, the same way, on 2025 and on a blend of 2025 and 2026 weighted by games played. The blend is 50.6, an edge of 3.9 on the under. Both clear. The smaller of the two, 3.9, is the edge I am betting.

This season alone does not agree. The 2026 rates give a total of 54.67, above the market’s 54.5, so on six Buffalo games and seven Baltimore games there is no under at all. The blend weights by games played, and 2025’s 17 games each carry most of it. I bet the rule, and I state where it is thinnest.

This season so far

Buffalo is 5-1, has scored 197 and allowed 171, a per-game differential of +4.33. Baltimore is 4-3, 169 scored and 167 allowed, +0.29 a game. Both seasons are inside the blend.

Buffalo games have run high. Five of six finished over 54.5, on totals of 67, 72, 40, 55, 71 and 63. Baltimore’s have not: two of seven went over 54.5, on 64, 41, 65, 42, 53, 23 and 48. Six and seven games are a description, not a rate.

The last results point both ways. Baltimore lost 35-13 at home to Cincinnati in Week 7, a 48-point game. Buffalo’s most recent result is a 33-30 win at Las Vegas in Week 6, 63 points.

Buffalo at home, Baltimore on the road

The method uses full-season rates. It leaves the venue halves out, and those halves are the case against this bet. In 2025 Buffalo went 7-2 at home, scoring 31.2 a game and allowing 23.4. Baltimore went 5-3 on the road, scoring 28.4 and allowing 21.1. Both scoring rates sit above each team’s full-season figure. The splits leave neutral-site games out.

The halves that point the other way are also outside the number. Buffalo scored 25.0 and allowed 19.2 on the road. Baltimore scored 21.9 and allowed 25.4 at home, going 3-6.

This season Buffalo is 2-1 at home: 41-31 over Detroit, 24-16 over the Chargers, and a 29-26 loss to New England. Baltimore is 3-1 on the road: 41-23 at Indianapolis, 34-31 at Dallas, 30-23 at Atlanta, and a 13-10 loss at Cleveland. Three and four games prove nothing.

The 2025 season and the last game between them

Buffalo went 12-5 in 2025 with a +116 point differential, 6.82 a game. The Bills were 5-3 in one-score games and 4-2 in the AFC East. They won 27-24 at Jacksonville in the Wild Card round and lost 33-30 at Denver in the Divisional round. Their median game total was 43, and 13 of their 17 regular-season games finished under 54.5.

Baltimore went 8-9 with a +26 differential, 1.53 a game, and played no playoff game. The Ravens were 2-5 in one-score games and 3-3 in the AFC North. Their median total was 49, and 12 of 17 finished under 54.5.

The teams played once in 2025, in Week 1 on 7 September in Buffalo. The Bills won 41-40. That game is inside the 2025 rates our number is built on. One game is one game.

Pick: Under 54.5

The under clears the threshold of 2 by 5.45 points on 2025 and by 3.9 on the blend. All 11 books had 54.5 at 19:14 UTC on 30 October 2026, the median from Nucleus.

The first total read was 51.5, at 05:10 UTC on 23 October. It went to 52.5 on 26 October, 53 and then 53.5 on 27 October, 54 on 29 October, and 54.5 at 19:10 UTC on 30 October. The under is a bet at 52.6 or higher. At 51.5 and 52.5 it was a pass; it became a bet at 53, and each half point added since has widened the gap against my number.

What kills the bet

The price first. At 52.5 or lower the under is a pass. The over becomes the bet only at 47.05 or lower.

The second risk is the calendar. Every 2026 game adds weight to the season whose own number, 54.67, shows no under. Read both teams’ injury reports and the current total, and check the lineups before you bet.

No bet on the side

The method for the side: half the gap between the two teams’ per-game differentials, plus 2.5 points for home field. On 2025, Buffalo at +6.82 against Baltimore at +1.53 makes the Bills a 5.15-point favourite. On 2026 alone, +4.33 against +0.29, it is 4.52. The games-weighted blend is 4.97.

Against Buffalo -3, that is an edge of 2.15 on 2025 and 1.97 on the blend. The blend misses the threshold of 2, so the side is no bet. Buffalo becomes a bet at -2.97 or better, which means -2.5. The first spread read, at 01:10 UTC on 22 October, had Baltimore +2.5; at that line the Bills cleared the rule. Baltimore becomes a bet only at +7.15 or better.

The moneyline is context. At -175 and +146, the market gives Buffalo 61.0% and Baltimore 39.0%. No bet.
