Missouri Tigers

The first five games were all at home and all wins. Three covered; the misses were 29-20 over South Carolina at -10.5 and 42-6 over Massachusetts at -44.5. The only road wins came at Auburn, 23-17 laying 1.5, and at Arkansas, 31-17 laying 4.5. Missouri allowed 19.42 points a game; 20 FBS teams allowed fewer and one the same.

The total

Missouri games went over in seven of the 11 with a posted total, an over rate beaten by 17 FBS teams and equalled by two.

Virginia beat Missouri 13-7 in the Gator Bowl.
