Away from home South Carolina went 2-8 and covered 7, 70%. Two of the covers were outright wins at real prices, 78-68 at LSU at +280 and 64-61 at Ole Miss at +250. The rest were losses inside big numbers: 71-67 at Auburn getting 13.5, 89-75 at Alabama getting 17.5.

After 2025 closed at 9-4, the calendar year went 4-15 with 8 covers. Seven straight defeats ran from 24 January to 17 February.

Moneyline

One unit on all 30 priced games lost 11.23, and 34 Division I teams lost more. Almost all of it came from the underdog side: 22 games, four wins, 10.55 units lost. As favorites the Gamecocks won 9 of 10 and lost 0.69 on the eight priced ones.

Opponents and the total

Oklahoma split two, the second an 86-74 SEC tournament win for the Sooners. LSU also split. Florida won both meetings, by 47 at South Carolina and by 14 at home, where South Carolina covered as a 23.5-point underdog. As home favorites in November the Gamecocks beat North Carolina A&T by 19 at -22.5 and Southern Miss by 4 at -17.5, both short of the number. Overs and unders came in 16 to 15: no lean.
