Across all of Division I, nobody lost more backing itself as a favorite in 2025-26 than the Mocs: 8.58 units over 17 games, on a 6-11 record. As underdogs the same team made 1.45 units.

Favored and beaten

Seventeen games as favorites, six wins, five covers. On that favorite moneyline Chattanooga ranked 361st of 361, with nobody sharing the spot. The defeats came at short prices and mostly at home: 78-71 to The Citadel at -500 on 7 February, 70-64 to Tennessee State at -380 on 30 November, and 88-85 to The Citadel again in the SoCon first round at -325.

Underdogs who paid

Reverse the role and the numbers turn: 12 games as underdogs, four wins, seven covers, 1.45 units up. Two of the wins came against Mercer, 94-90 away at +455 on 19 February and 79-75 at home at +170 two weeks earlier, worth 6.25 units between them. A 76-67 win at Wofford at +215 in January was the other long one.

Home and road

At home, 7-8 straight up and 4 covers in 12; the 12 priced home moneylines lost 5.15 units. Away, 6-9 and 7 covers in 15, with the road moneyline almost exactly flat, 0.02 up.

The season

Thirteen wins, 19 defeats, 12 covers in 29, 41.4%, and 7.13 units down over 29 priced games. February was the only month in profit, 1.84 units. Overs led unders 16 to 13.

The Citadel, met three times, won two.
